One of my favorite memories as a waiter at Perfect Catering is when we had to serve guests at a gala dinner. The guests were in complete euphoria, but there came a moment when one of them requested a very specific drink that was not on the list. I wasn't sure if we could pull it off, but after a quick consultation with the bartender, we pulled it together. And you know what? The guest was enthusiastic and the atmosphere in the hall?
